This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from our single vineyard in Monterey was aged for 18 months in French oak.  Aromas jump brightly out of your glass including blueberry, blackberry, black cherry, fresh leather, vanilla, whole cloves, dried herbs, dried clay soil, red roses, and cocoa.  Pair this beautiful wine with carnitas tacos, black pepper crusted steak, or grilled tuna steaks or cellar this wine for the next 5-8 years to watch our Endeavor evolve.
