This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from our single vineyard in Monterey is reminiscent of Old World examples of the grape coming from Bordeaux, France. Aromas of coffee, leather, green peppercorns, vanilla, boysenberries, tomato leaf, black plums, dates, pencil lead, green bell peppers, red cherries and fresh garden roses leap out of the glass.
Aged 19 months in 2-3 year old French oack barrels.
