This lovely Malbec is 90% Malbec, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 3% Sangiovese and spends 18 months in a combination of French and American oak. The time in oak adds length and complexity to the wine and allows the aromas of leather, dried thyme, dried oregano, raspberries and plums to fully shine. Pair this wine with wings with blue cheese dressing, goat cheese steak with a balsamic glaze, or an oven-roasted vegetable medley.
Aged 18 months in French and American oak barrels.
