With its inky purple color and plush tannins, this velvety Syrah is reminiscent of the Syrahs coming from the Rhone Valley in France where the grape originated. This full-bodied wine is filled with aromas of purple plums, blackberries, currants, cocoa, black pepper, mocha, violets, tart pomegranate, olives, blueberries, fig, black pepper, and potting soil.
Aged 20 months in New American and 2 year old French oak barrels.
