2025 Bulles De Malbec

Tasting Notes | A labor of love, this sparkling is filled with rich aromas of fresh blackberry, chocolate raspberry tart, cherry pie, potting soil, green peppercorns, and sweet cherry preserves paired with a slight smokiness.  

Uncork | This rare, 100% Malbec sparkling wine is every red wine lovers dream.  Full bodied and yet softened by delicate bubbles and beautiful acidity, this wine is exactly what red wine drinkers should be enjoying all summer long.  Pétillant naturel wines are the world’s oldest type of sparkling wines that today are seeing a modern day renaissance.  The wine was made by pressing the grapes and allowing the juice to sit in contact with the skins to achieve this deep, beautiful purple color.  Then, the wine was bottled where it underwent its primary fermentation to achieve these delicate “bulles.”
