Tasting Notes | Day bright with flecks of gold coloring, this wine is filled with aromas of Golden Delicious apple, tart green pear, wet white stone, yellow peach, nectarine, and toasted hazelnut. 

Uncork | Calling all Chardonnay lovers, this wine is for you!  Lesser known grapes often pack great bang for the buck for the savvy buyer, and boy, does this wine deliver!  A staple of ancient Greek winemaking, the Malvasia variety can now be found throughout the New World including our tiny quarter of an acre parcel.

Pairing | Enjoy it with a grilled mahi-mahi with fresh herbs, burrata and toast, or baked pork tenderloin.
